Since these items are made just for you, all sales are final unless there’s an issue caused by Printful. If your item arrives:

Misprinted, damaged, or defective → Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll work with Printful to replace or refund.

Lost in transit → Report it within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. Printful will investigate and reship if approved.

Wrong item/design → Let us know! Printful will fix their mistake at no cost to you.
Note: We don’t accept returns for buyer’s remorse (e.g., wrong size, color preference).
Coloring Books (Shipped by Us)
Sales are final, but we’ll replace or refund if:

Your book arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective → Contact us via our Contact Page within 14 days with photos.
